My idea of "playing with an old rusty bicycle"
The old rusty bike i'm talking about
Cardboard prototype
Special mechanism to move the rear wheel
Life size to judge the amount of material needed
Dismantling all the spokes in the wheels
Fitted a DIY customized acrylic in place of the spokes
Adding wire mesh to reinforce the foam which i am about to pour in
Putting the cardboard mould in place
Waiting for the foam to set
Cutting into shape
Sanding down
Giving it a good finishing
Applied emulsion paint and some putty
Sand down when it dry
Some detailing
Spray some paint, inject some life
Assembling all the parts together
Foam prototype
